Chris Patten founded Targeted Enterprises in September of 2002.  He is responsible for the overall corporate direction of the company and oversees all of Targeted Enterprises strategic development, operational and financial activities. 

Before creating Targeted Enterprises, Mr. Patten was Director of Information Services for ism a marketing firm in Boston, MA.  Prior to that he spent five years in the high-tech industry, most recently as the Chief Information Officer of Digital Learning Interactive, the creators of iLRN™.    

Prior to his position with Forum Systems, Mr. Trujillo was a strategic new business director with Oracle Corporation.  He has also held several sales positions with international high tech firms including NEC, Phaos, and RSA Security.

Mr. Trujillo spent 10 Years as a Cryptologist Specialist in the United States Navy, and was also rated  NWS Team 3 tasked under the Defense Intelligence Agency.

Mr. Trujillo  holds dual degrees from Carnegie Mellon University in Computer Science and Computer Management, as well as several other sales honors. 

He currently is the Chief Financial Officer of ISM, Inc. an internationally renown marketing firm in Boston, MA.   Prior to Mr. DeLuca's position with ISM, Inc. he worked for two different startup companies as their CFO,  responsible for raising money and overseeing all financial and operational functions.  

Mr. Deluca started his career for the public accounting firm Deloitte & Touché where he grew to Sr. Auditor and has held the positions of Controller & CFO for Acentech and SeaChange.  

He has an undergraduate degree in Accounting and Computer Science, an MBA from Boston College, and received his CPA in 1988.
